My father was among the very first customers who enthusiastically purchased the debut (2014) Ghibli when Maserati Tampa was under Reeves' ownership. Tom Heinz (who also special ordered our racing yellow Porsche from Stuttgart when he was at Reeves Porsche) accommodated our Maserati sale, and Dennis in Sales and Tracy in Service demonstrated superb customer service. Overall, any subsequent interaction with staff was a pleasant experience. Two additional family Maseratis later and with new personnel and management - the quality and professionalism of this dealership and service remain outstanding, and have generated -- earned - consistent loyalty from this family.

There has been a noticeable difference in customer care since Maserati Tampa was sold by Reeves Import to Morgan Auto. You can no longer speak to the Service Department directly, and they only text you now.
I recently purchased my lease and the sales team made promises that were not followed through on (technical tire issue, seat repair and detailing). About two months after purchasing a 2017 C7 Corvette Grand Sport from this location, I had a bad vibration when I applied my brakes. I called twice to confirm they could resurface my slotted rotors, and after driving 1hr 30mins, I get there only to be told they could not resurface my rotors. Now I am left with buying new front and rear rotors and pads, and it is going to cost me $47xx.xx.
Had they checked this pre-owned vehicle out completely, I would not be dealing with a heavy pulsation when applying the brakes.

I visited Maserati yesterday to have a “scuff” on my BMW repaired. I’m Canadian and purchased my car in Canada. BMW Tampa referred me to Maserati. Steve and Zakar were so pleasant and did not hesitate for a second to help me out. Steve took my keys and within minutes he was back with my car…no evidence of the scuff. And did not charge me. Have bought 8 cars from this dealer. Denis, Chris, and Joe at Maserati are wonderful!! I keep coming back to them. They are professional, helpful, and very efficient. They aim to please. Please ask for them by name! The only thing that needs immediate improvement is the loaner car. Maserati can't expect a Maserati owner to drive a Ford Fusion while Maserati is serviced and service is paid for at a premium rate.
